Als im Hochsommer die Klimaanlage kaputt ging und der Handwerker den Termin ständig verschoben hat, haben sie nicht aufgegeben, bis sie jemanden gefunden haben – was auf Mallorca bekanntlich nicht einfach ist. Auf unseren Wunsch hin haben Nina und Steffen einen Tisch in einem wunderschönen Beach Club reserviert und dazu noch einen Yachtausflug organisiert, der zu einem der schönsten Tage unseres Urlaubs wurde. Alles lief reibungslos, die Kommunikation war schnell und herzlich, und man hat wirklich gemerkt, dass hier Menschen am Werk sind, die die Insel und ihre besten Adressen kennen. Kunden in Empfang nehmen, vorher die Finca picobello herrichten, während des Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung stehen, nach der Abreise alles picobello für die nächsten Kunden herrichten.
